Applying to Law School

Overview

Take me straight to:

So you're interested in applying to law school, but you've got no idea where to start. No problem! The Dunster Pre-Law Program has been helping students and graduates of Dunster House apply to law school for many, many years. You will benefit directly from this experience!

Here's how you should proceed:

  • Take a look at the Pre-Law Application Schedule. These deadlines are serious and they come up faster than you expect. Also, don't forget to investigate LSAT test dates and registration deadlines.

  • Do some research and decide where to apply.

  • Alumni/ae should review the special considerations for alumni/ae applicants.

  • Read through our material on the the Application Itself.

  • Become familiar with the House Application Procedures. Dunster has established procedures for handling law school applications, which demand a lot of time and energy from the House administrative staff (specially the folks in the House Office). It is your responsibility to comply with the both the letter and the spirit of these rules.

  • ....then just complete your applications, in time with the schedule and according to the House application procedures! (We know, easier said than done -- but if you study this web page and stay in touch with your tutor, it won't be that bad, we promise!)
