Take me straight to:

Welcome to the Dunster Pre-Law Home Page!

For Dunster seniors and alumni/ae planning to apply to law school, this site will be your guide to the law school application process, your own virtual Virgil in the nine (or more!) layers of application Hades.

For juniors, sophomores and everyone else not yet committed, the information you find in these pages will help you decide whether law school is right for you.

So where do I start?

First, register for the Dunster Pre-Law Program. This is essential! Registering accomplishes two things:

  • Your name will be added to the pre-law email distribution list, which the House uses to disseminate important pre-law news and announcements.

  • You will be assigned a non-resident pre-law tutor to help answer your questions and, for applicants, to help you put together your application.

You MUST register if you plan to apply to law school this year! It's the only way we can keep track of who is applying -- and you can't apply without the House's help!

Even if you're not applying this year, you should register anyway so you can get on the email list, get a non-resident tutor to answer your questions, etc. Obviously, registering does not obligate you to apply to law school! It's just a way of letting the House know that you're interested (however vaguely) in the pre-law advising system.
