BGLTS stands for Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, and Supporters. Daniel Chen is the resident BGLTS tutor in Dunster House. If you need any advice about issues surrounding sexual orientation, "coming out," or anything else, please feel free to contact him at dlchen@fas.

Harvard BGLTSA  The Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, Transgender and Supporters' Alliance (BGLTSA) is an organization concerned with improving the visibility, strength, and support of the Harvard undergraduate BGLT community. This group seeks to promote awareness of many issues surrounding queer identities and sexualities in the form of meetings, discussions, conferences, speaker events, cultural exhibitions, and activism.

HGLC Harvard Gay & Lesbian Caucus  A group composed of more than 2,500 gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered Harvard alumni/ae, faculty, staff and students. HGLC was formed in 1983 with the aim of pressuring Harvard University to include sexual orientation in its non-discrimination policy

Contact   Contact is one of Harvard's five undergraduate peer counseling groups. They specialize in issues of sex, sexuality, sexual orientation, gender and relationships. Contact provides confidential peer counseling to undergraduates, has many resources available in our office in Thayer Basement, and is trained in information referrals. Hours: Wed-Sun from 8PM-1AM for calls at 495-8111. Thurs, Fri, Sun from 8PM-1AM for drop-ins in Thayer Basement.

Bond (Building on Diversity)  BOND is an undergraduate organization dedicated to providing a social space for all students in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Our specific goal is to create a supportive environment for students who do not identify as exclusively heterosexual and for all their friends and supporters.

Bagels   A group for bisexual, gay, lesbian, and transgendered Jews, their friends and supporters. We sponsor events that foster a BGTLQ Jewish community on campus, and increase awareness about both religion and sexuality.
