From the Office of the Resident Dean, Michael Uy
Dearest Meece, I hope you are all staying healthy and well. As you were all moving out, each day felt like it lasted a month – now it’s hard to believe that you left campus almost a month ago. It’s been nice to hear from some of you, and to see some of you in the virtual dhall. I enjoyed hearing about the ways you’ve kept yourselves happy – biking at home, eating ramen, or taking photos of the stars late in the morning. I’ve also been so terribly heartbroken about the loss of some of your loved ones. Please know that your Dunster family is here for you if you want to talk or need any support <3 Yesterday (Sunday) I sent out an email about a Dunster Covid19 Check-In Survey. Again, we’re trying to gauge how you’re doing and how we might connect better. It should only take a minute – hopefully the 51 of you who’ve taken it so far can confirm it’s quick! LINK and link: https://forms.gle/Zb9Ukij6LQo62hrN9. The deadline to drop courses is still April 13th, one week from today. As a kind reminder, if you plan to drop a course, please email Diana directly at email@example.com with a short description of why you want to drop the course. Finally, we’re looking forward to welcoming our new baby Meece (to join Jack – congratulations Palmers!!) this Friday at 12noon for the virtual Housing Day. More details to come from HoCo! Stay safe, stay healthy, practice social isolation, wash your hands, eat, drink water, and sleep! Dunster Love.
