Happy Monday Meese and shanah tovah,
I hope you enjoyed HOCO’s first stein on Friday. We are looking forward to all the amazing events they are planning this month, including the hoedown on October 9. I also look forward to eating churros with you at the Faculty Dean study break this Thursday in the dhall at 8:30.
You still have a couple weeks until the final day to add (October 17) and drop (October 31) a class with a fee. If you have any questions about simultaneous enrollment, please reach out to me ASAP so we can find a time to meet before this is not possible anymore.
We are approaching midterms in many classes. A reminder that as Meese, we should always hold ourselves to the highest standards of academic integrity. I wish you the best in studying for and taking your exams.
Finally, a Michael update: he is only one state away in New York! We look forward to greeting him soon!

Be sure to check your email and RSVP via the paperless post link for this special, small plate dinner no later than September 29th so HUDS can plan accordingly. Email confirmations will be sent on Friday, September 30th. We look forward to seeing you at this special House event next week!

Building Reminders
Postering
The House has four bulletin boards available for student posters: 2 in the upper-deck seating area next to the Dining Hall, 1 next to the west side elevator, and 1 in the basement lounge. Feel free to use these areas to advertise student organizations and other events. Flyers should only be posted on the bulletin boards. They should not be on the walls, columns, elevators, entrances, or in any other public spaces in the House. Please do not poster in these areas as it creates more work for the building team.
Scooters
Please park your scooters on the racks outside the Dunster main entrance. Scooters should not be parked or used inside any area of the House, where they present a safety risk. We have noticed an uptick in scooters in front of the dining hall stairs and elevators, in particular, to the point where they are preventing others from safely accessing these spaces. Please be considerate of your community members and do not bring scooters inside the House.
