Hi, Meese! My name is Grace Sun (she/her), and I am a second-year Pathways MD student at Harvard Medical School. I grew up in Louisiana and studied Computer Science and Molecular Biology at MIT. There, I also enjoyed bioengineering and health policy research, serving with MIT EMS and Camp Kesem, and teaching, which brought me to high school classrooms in Italy and Germany. I spent my gap year here in Boston as a surgical assistant in a dermatology clinic. These days, I am exploring interests in surgery, computational biology research, and public health, especially nutrition and health literacy. In my free time, I love triathlon training, dancing, baking sourdough loaves to share, and wandering through the cafes and shops of Boston.

I am thrilled to be joining Dunster House this year as a pre-med tutor! I’d love to get to know you and chat about anything, whether it’s academics/medicine or taking care of a sourdough starter (mine is named Violet).
