Hey Dunster! I'm Lucas, a third-year PhD student here in the Psychology department. I'm thrilled to be joining this wonderful community as a resident tutor!

I graduated from the College in 2023, where I did a double concentration in Economics and Psychology. I tried out lots of different research areas, ranging from electric vehicles to implicit racial bias, and I'm happy to chat with anyone who thinks they might be interested in getting involved in research. My current research focuses broadly on conflict resolution. So if you have some conflict, please feel free to reach out to me. Maybe we can even resolve it!

I also spent two years as a non-resident tutor in Pfoho, and I applied for the NSF graduate fellowship and PhD programs three years ago. I would be happy to share about my experiences applying to grad school and/or fellowships based on my sample size of one.
