GeorgePatrick (George) Hutchins (he/him) is a Doctoral Student in the Department of
Sociology and medical student at Harvard Medical School. He has clinical interests in
general internal medicine and research interests at the intersection of culture,
healthcare, and incarceration. His current projects explore how the social construction
of illness is influenced and/or reshaped by carceral logics.
