Music Practice Rooms

Music Room

The music practice rooms (E024, E025, E026, E027) are located on the basement level of the House, and are available to Dunster residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The practice rooms are equipped with music stands, chairs, and several pianos (please see below). Pianos are tuned periodically. Carefully review the music practice room guidelines before accessing these spaces.

East 024 - Steinway M Grand Piano
East 025- Open Practice Room
East 026- Yamaha U1 Upright Piano
East 027- Yamaha U1 Upright Piano 

Music Practice Room Guidelines:

  • Practice rooms can be used by any Dunster resident 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • The practice rooms have a 1 person capacity limit
  • No food or drink
  • The doors to the music rooms should be closed during use
