Melissa Rodman

Hi Meese! I am looking forward to continuing to serve as a Non-Resident Tutor with a focus in the arts, literature, and humanities. A lifelong New Yorker, I graduated from the College (and Dunster!) in May 2018 with a degree in History & Literature, magna cum laude. Outside of the classroom, I wrote for The Crimson and was a peer adviser in Hist & Lit and at the Office of International Education. In 2022 I earned my master's degree at NYU's Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, where I received the Marlene Sanders Award for my journalism and cultural criticism, and I'm a writer and associate literary agent in New York. I am here to help you achieve your academic, extracurricular, and professional goals and am happy to answer your questions about pursuing your passions in the arts, literature, and culture.
