Hey Dunster! I’m a fifth year MD/PhD student at HMS, where I’m currently studying inherited forms of heart disease using stem-cell-de-rived cardiomyocytes. I attended Indiana University Bloomington for my undergraduate studies, where I majored in Biochemistry and Biology. One of my favorite parts of undergrad included studying abroad in Santiago, Chile, and at the University of Oxford, where I did research on the formation of bacterial communities. In my free time, I enjoy running along the Charles, hiking (just did the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal with my dad!), dance, and cooking. I’m also passionate about science communication and global health, and enjoy writing for a few science media outlets. I can’t wait to get to know several of you; please get in touch with any questions that I might be able to help you with!
