Sarah Pitafi
Hey Dunster! My name is Sarah Pitafi, and I’m a third-year medical student at Harvard. I grew up in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and later moved to Illinois. I studied Ethics, Politics, and Economics at Yale and spent my gap year in London as a Fulbright Scholar. In med school, I’ve loved engaging in health policy and advocacy, women’s health, and narrative medicine. I’m happy to talk about any of these interests, what medical school is like, living abroad, and choosing a gap year plan! Outside the hospital, I spend a lot of time baking, crafting, trying a new barre or pilates class, or making oddly specific memes (hit me up if you have any requests). I also love exploring new bookstores and finding the absolute best coffee in Boston. At Dunster, I serve as a premed, wellness, and Culture and Community tutor. Please feel free to reach out around Dunster, or use my kitchen anytime to bake together!
